Fresh fish of various species are hauled from the sea surrounding this peninsula.The fertile land with rich soil at the foot of the Unzen FugenHill,abundance with mineral and sunshine, is ideal for growing vegetables and other food products transported all over Japan everyday.Among these food items "Nagasaki Beef" ranked 8th and potatoes ranked 2nd.



We adhere to the Food Hygiene Laws for the preparation, selection and handling of diversified foodstuffs ensuring the safety of our guests. Even the health of every chef is checked every day. We also pay close attention to the hygiene of the cooking facilities. Thanks to this meticulous observation of food safety, in 2005, the restaurant was rewarded by the prefecture governor for its excellence.
