【1】 Principle
Our hotel follows stricly the laws of "Personal information protection policies" and "Personal Information Protection Strategy".
※According to the ‘Hotel Operation Law’ has to give personal information of the guests (recorded name, address and position) if an infection erupts in a hotel, this information will be used to search for the source of infection.
Article 6 of the 'Hotel Operation Law'
1. The hotel has to record a guest's name, address and other important information which can be given if demanded by the authorities.
2. Guests have to give all information correct when asked by the hotel for the above reasons.
【2】 The personal information we record are:
Our hotel will record a guest's personal information (name, address, designation, cellphone number,home phone number e-mail address etc) in our register or database for our own records.
1. According to Article 6 of the 'Hotel Operation Law'，a hotel may keep the personal information of the guest for booking, dining and party reservations.

The prior consent of the guest must be obtained for the use of personal information for the following purpose:
