Nagasaki Wagyu beef

Nagasaki Wagyu beef

A perfect balance between lean meat with the original flavor of meat and fat with a mellow taste. Nagasaki Wagyu beef received the Prime Minister's Award at the National Wagyu Talent Exhibition (held once every five years) held in 2012, establishing the Nagasaki Wagyu brand as Japan's No. 1 Wagyu beef. A5 rank soft texture, juicy fat that melts in your mouth is irresistible.

Organic vegetables

Organic vegetables

Looking for vegetables that are good for your mind and body. Our head chef, Akira Kusano, frequently visits Iwasaki Farm and other local farmers, and uses plenty of locally-grown specialty vegetables that have been purchased in line with the producers' wishes.

Iwasaki Farm

Iwasaki Farm

Pioneer of agriculture from harvesting to seed collection. Masatoshi Iwasaki is a seed farmer who runs a natural seed farm in Unzen city and grows more than 50 native species. He has revived the common practice of farmers in the past and continues to protect the “seeds of life” that connect “human lives”.

Zen taste

Zen taste

Taste beyond the ordinary. I have a calligraphy from Mr. Ichimine Takahashi, chief priest of Kawahigashiyama Zenrinji Temple in Nagasaki city, hanging on Sakurabashi Bridge. By conveying the thoughts of the producers to customers at Sakurabashi, we hope to be a place where we can provide good food and good times for your heart and body.
